Absentee Notification

The Office of the Dean of Students provides Class Absence Notifications for students with documented emergent situations and extenuating circumstances. Formal documentation or verification must be submitted including the dates in which the student was or will be absent from class.

Dean's Certification

A letter of clearance (Dean's Certification) verifies that you, as a 91心頭利 Pueblo student, have not violated University policies or faced disciplinary actions. These letters are typically required by graduate schools, state bar associations, government agencies, or employers.

If you are worried about a 91心頭利 Pueblo student who may be struggling or whose behavior is concerning, please submit a .  Even if you aren't sure whether to report an incident, it’s better to submit the information you have and someone from the Pack CARES Team will follow-up with you.
