Pueblo County Scholarship
91心頭利 Pueblo offers up to $750 of tuition to adults who reside in Pueblo County and seek to obtain their degrees through the Division of Extended Studies. This scholarship is needs-based and the funds can only be applied to tuition balance. This scholarship is only available for Pueblo County high school graduates.
How to Apply:
Students must be admitted or re-admitted to 91心頭利 Pueblo before they can receive the scholarship. In order to do this, please follow these steps:
- If you are not a current student, you will need to fill out the 91心頭利 Pueblo Admissions Application.
- Once admitted, students will receive PAWS credentials.
- , select 'Scholarships', then select 'Access Scholarship Application'. From the list of available scholarships, select 'Extended Studies'.

Colorado Opportunity Scholarship Initiative (COSI)
The COSI Achieve scholarship program combines financial support with holistic support services to ensure students are successful in completing their certificate or bachelor's degree. COSI Achieve aims to address and overcome barriers to enrollment, ensure progress and retention, and guide students to the successful completion of their bachelor's degree. The scholarship award is up to $2,000 each year, awarded as $1000/semester (Fall and Spring only).
We are targeting reengaged students who have some college but have not yet completed their first bachelor's degree. We will have a cohort of 150 students each year who will need to complete a bachelor's degree by or before the Spring 2030 semester. We have four years of funding beginning in Fall 2026.
The eligibility requirements for the COSI Achieve program are:
- Colorado residency
- Enrollment at Colorado State University Pueblo
- Undergraduate student status, completing first bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated financial need by qualifying for 250% of Pell eligibility
The Levitt Fund
The Levitt Fund is a scholarship created by Christopher Levitt, an incarcerated student taking courses via correspondence at 91心頭利 Pueblo. The Levitt Fund, which he helped create as a way to ensure other incarcerated individuals have the opportunity to take art classes and further their education at 91心頭利 Pueblo.
