3+2 Degree Programs

Earn a bachelor's and master's degree through an accelerated pathway designed for qualified 91心頭利 Pueblo students.

Earn Two Degrees in an Accelerated Pathway

91心頭利 Pueblo's 3+2 programs allow qualified undergraduate students to begin graduate-level coursework while completing their bachelor's degree.

Depending on the program, selected graduate courses may satisfy requirements toward both degrees, creating a more efficient path from undergraduate study to an advanced degree.

3+2 Program Options

Civil Engineering

BS in Civil Engineering + MS in Civil Engineering

Designed for Civil Engineering students who want to continue directly into advanced study in civil engineering.

Admission GPA: 3.0 minimum

Apply: No later than the spring before senior year

Shared Credits: 12 graduate-level credits may apply to both degrees

Engineering

Engineering BS + Engineering MS

Qualified Industrial Engineering and Mechatronics Engineering students can combine undergraduate and graduate engineering study.

Undergraduate Degrees: BSIE or BSME

Graduate Degrees: MSISE or MSME

Shared Credits: Up to 9 credits may count toward both degrees

Construction Management

BS in Construction Management + MBA

Combine professional preparation in construction management with graduate-level business and management education.

Undergraduate Degree: BS in Construction Management

Graduate Degree: Master of Business Administration

Admission: Additional MBA admission requirements apply

How the 3+2 Pathway Works

Begin Your Bachelor's Degree

Start in an eligible 91心頭利 Pueblo undergraduate engineering or construction management program.

Meet Eligibility Requirements

Maintain the academic standing and complete the required coursework for your selected pathway.

Apply to the 3+2 Program

Work with your faculty advisor and submit the required program application before beginning graduate coursework.

Begin Graduate Coursework

Eligible graduate-level courses may count toward both undergraduate and graduate degree requirements.

New Civil Engineering Pathway

Civil Engineering BSCE/MS

The Civil Engineering 3+2 program allows qualified students to complete the requirements for the Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Master of Science in Civil Engineering through an accelerated curriculum.

Students apply no later than the spring before their senior year and must complete required 300-level Civil Engineering courses before enrolling in graduate-level coursework.

Admission Requirements

Admission requirements vary by program. Review the requirements for your intended 3+2 pathway before applying.

Civil Engineering BSCE/MS Admission
  • Apply no later than the spring before the senior year.
  • Maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • Complete all required 300-level Civil Engineering courses before enrolling in graduate-level courses.
  • Submit the required MS Civil Engineering application materials.
Engineering BS/MS Admission
  • Apply no later than the spring before the senior year.
  • Maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA for regular admission to the master's program.
  • Complete the Engineering MS application form.
  • Provide an unofficial 91心頭利 Pueblo transcript.
  • Submit GRE scores as required by the program.
Construction Management BS/MBA Admission

The Construction Management 3+2 pathway follows admission requirements established for the integrated BS in Construction Management/MBA program.

Because MBA admission requirements differ from the Engineering master's programs, students should review the current academic catalog and work with their advisor before applying.

Students interested in a 3+2 program should meet with their faculty advisor early in their undergraduate program. Course sequencing and admission requirements vary by pathway, and students must receive approval before enrolling in graduate-level coursework.
